MES

Since 2020 I have built tools for the shop: job tracking, pallets, maintenance, tool life. A modular MES for CNC shops is growing out of them. It is in development and I say so openly.

When you need it

Jobs, routings, reporting and tools in a modular system born on the shop floor.

~ in development

  • modular
  • ERP
  • machine-side reporting
  • on-premise
  • Your ERP knows what you sell, not what happens at the machine
  • Operators fill in paper that someone types in again
  • Every department has its own file and nobody sees the whole picture
  • Market MES are built for mass production, not one-off jobs

What I do

03.1

Jobs and routings

From bill of materials to routing, with the part and machine families of your shop.

03.2

Machine-side reporting

Operators log start, end and scrap on a panel; machine times come from connectivity.

03.3

Tools and maintenance

Tool life, issue reports and planned maintenance in one place.

03.4

Modules and connectors

Only the modules you need. Connectors to ERP, CAM and controls.

How I work

  1. Look at how data moves in your shop today
  2. Pick the modules to switch on
  3. Install in your network
  4. Start with one department, then extend

FAQ

Frequent questions

Is it available now?

It is in development. The tools it grows from have been in daily use for years. If you are interested, let us talk: I prefer to start from a real problem.

Does it connect to my ERP?

That is the plan: an ERP connector. The first one, for an ERP widely used in manufacturing, is in progress; others case by case.

Where is the data?

One installation per customer, inside their network.

Smart machines, always ON

A machine, a department or a number that does not add up?

Tell me the problem as it is, even in two lines. I answer myself, not a form.
